Where did you send an email?

Due to the volume of spam that comes into our system when Joshua sends his newsletters they are sent from a 'noreply' email address. It's logistically impossible to do it any other way.

In order to get your questions answered please contact our support department at

Your support inquiry will be numbered and tracked to assure you get proper service. Emails are just not reliable if your support request is important.
