What is your return policy?

Whenever possible we have a full satisfaction guarantee on our products for at least 30 days so you can try it out and make sure it's a fit for you.

However, for some products this is difficult due to the policies of the manufacturer. Our full policy is listed here:

Most of our products have specific websites which have all the details about the products including product warranties as well as the specifics of the return policy. The policies mentioned on the specific product page usually have the most detail associated with any specific product.

Cell phone protection devices and passive personal protection products have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee.

The GB4000 has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee with NO restocking fee unlike many of our competitors.
