Can gating be done for autocodes? I get the impression from the video that it has to be individual frequency one by one. With the machine doing 8 codes at a time, I would wonder if it could handle gating in multiple. It would be nice. The video only discusses doing it one at a time as per the example.

I think you're misunderstanding the way to use gating.

The videos on gating show how to set gating and how to 'turn gating on' (simply by pressing the Gate button followed by typing the number 1).

When you turn on your machine, if the first thing you do is to "turn gating on" it will then be on for every autocode you run from then on until either the machine is turned off or gating is turned off.
